Who these terms cover

These terms apply when you browse, create an account, or order from The Lands Store on this website. Optional Android and iOS apps are separate clients that use the same catalog and orders API. Website accounts are managed on this site (register, login, email verification, orders).

By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Returns and Refunds, and the Shipping Policy.

Who we are

The Lands Store sells everyday essentials, including mobile accessories, phone parts, and agricultural supplies, to customers in Pakistan and the United States. Reach us through the Contact page. We publish our email and phone there. We do not pretend to have a shop address we have not published.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Prices and currency

Catalog prices are stored in Pakistani rupees (PKR). If you visit from the United States, we show an approximate US dollar amount using a live forex rate. That dollar figure is a display conversion, not a separate US price list.

A product marked “Price on request” or “Request quote” has no online price. It is not for sale at zero. Contact us for a quote before you order it.

We may correct an obvious pricing error before an order is fulfilled. If we do, we will tell you and you can cancel.

Orders in Pakistan

Most Pakistan orders use cash on delivery. You pay the courier in rupees when the parcel arrives, after you have a chance to inspect the outer packaging. An order is accepted when we confirm it in your account. Stock is checked again before dispatch.

Orders in the United States

United States orders are requests to buy. We confirm shipping cost, timing, and how you will pay before the order is fulfilled. We do not collect US sales tax in the checkout total unless that amount is shown before you confirm. Import duties, brokerage, or other charges assessed at the border are your responsibility unless we say otherwise in writing before you pay.

A dollar total on the screen is the PKR price converted at the forex rate then in use. The amount we confirm with you before fulfillment is the amount that applies.

What you can expect from listings

We describe products from the information we have. Photos and names should match the item we send. If a listing is wrong, contact us with your order number and we will correct the order, replace the item, or refund you under the Returns and Refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or apps, attempt to access another customer’s account, or place orders you do not intend to receive. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, cannot be delivered, or breaks these terms.

Your rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are in the United States, you keep any consumer rights that the law there does not allow a seller to take away, including rights against unfair or deceptive practices. Nothing here limits those rights.
