These terms apply when you browse, create an account, or order from The Lands Store on the website or in the Android and iOS apps.
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Returns and Refunds policy, and the Shipping policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Catalog prices are stored in Pakistani rupees. A US dollar amount is an approximate conversion at a live forex rate, not a separate price list.
A product marked Request quote has no online price. It is not for sale at zero.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before an order is fulfilled. If we do, we will tell you and you can cancel.
Most Pakistan orders use cash on delivery. You pay the courier in rupees when the parcel arrives, after you can inspect the outer packaging.
United States orders are confirmed with you, including shipping cost and how you will pay, before the order is fulfilled.
We do not add US sales tax unless that tax is shown before you confirm. Import duties and other border charges are your responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing before you pay.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are in the United States, you keep any consumer rights that the law there does not allow a seller to take away.
