In Pakistan, inspect the parcel before you pay the courier. If an item is wrong, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
In the United States, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the same details.
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product can be resold. Opened hygiene items and special-order items may not be returnable unless they are faulty.
Pakistan cash-on-delivery refunds are made after we check the return, or immediately if you refused a damaged parcel and did not pay. United States refunds follow the payment method confirmed before fulfillment. We do not charge return shipping when the mistake was ours.
